My magnifier is defective. What is the return policy and who do I contact to get a refund? 
  • If the magnifier is brought through us, we are happy to replace your magnifier for up to 30 days for free! Just make sure to provide us with a order number. But after the return extends more than 30 days, you are required to purchase a return label. We recommend that you sign up for the Extended Warranty just in case your magnifier runs into any problems in the future, you have the option to get it replaced or get a refund with our Extended Warranty. The Extended Warranty covers up to 2 years and you can renew it.  For refunds, just contact us via phone call or email support.
What type of cable does the magnifiers use for the rechargeable ones?  
  • USB cable, they can easily be bought through Target , Walmart, Amazon, or any type of retail store that sells electronics. 
How do I clean the magnifier glass lens? 
  • Use a soft cloth to clean the lens. (microfiber cloth is what we recommend.)
  • Do not use alcohol or corrosive products!
  • Do not pour or submerge the magnifying glass into water.
How to remove the sticky "safety" film on your magnifier lens? 
  • Normally, all of our magnifiers have a clear sticker, we recommend you find the red tab and pile the sticker. 

What are the business hours to call the customer support line?

  • Our call hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST. If we are not available, please leave us a voice message and we will contact you back as soon as we can.  

Im having a issue with my magnifier, I want a refund.

  • If you bought through us, please contact us as soon as possible within the 30 day return window and provide us your order number. If you bought from a 3rd party seller like a physical store or Amazon: Please provide us with your order number and name for we can further assist you.  

I seem to have lost or dumped the instructions to my magnifier, what can I do to view the instructions?
